Plaster Master

The day was filled with interior plastering and communication with Cal-Earth Alumni via their FB group. I was concerned about how to proceed with the interior plastering, specifically about how to deal with excess bag material and how to effectively cover the ceiling rows with the least amount of suffering. I want to keep the look of the rows at the top and to protect against acoustic resonance issues that would make the space insufferable. I think I got a plan and Raquel and I made serious progress today. It was almost 100 degrees outside, but a frigid 80 something in the dome. Nader Khalili (Cal-Earth founder) really knew what he was doing!!!  Much Love and Respect to the Khalili Family and the whole Cal-Earth family!

Doorway Cave plaster is still so amazingly cool.

The black widow, at the end of the day. She was IN the dome but we set her up a nice safe cool spat outside in a rubble pile with a bucket, bricks and big pieces of cement slap to hide under.
